- are still looking for a note-taking app that can do more than a folder of text files
- are looking for an offline note-taking app instead of cloud-based SaaS
- are intrigued how flexible and powerful markdown files can be
- like obsidian features such as graph view, canvas
- are curious about about linked notes, networked thoughts
- have used it and have only scratched the surface
- are already an expert. teach me!
why not? if you:
- are too busy to learn something new right now
- prefer paper over digital
- are already an expert in notion or alternatives and the cost of switching is too high
- prefer fancier text editing capabilities
- prefer an open-source alternative
